Bombay Chutney Co.’s 5-Minute Marinade

Ingredients:

  • Bombay Chutney Co.’s Tomato Chutney
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1-2 lemons for lemon juice
  • Kosher Salt

Process:

  1. Measure out two heaping tablespoons of Bombay Chutney Co.’s Tomato Chutney into a mid-sized bowl.
  2. Add 1⁄4 cup of extra virgin olive oil to the mix and begin to lightly stir.
  3. Once mixed thoroughly, pour 1⁄4 cup of freshly-squeezed lemon juice into the combination and stir.
  4. Add kosher salt for taste.
  5. Let marinade sit in refrigerator for 5-10 minutes before serving on 16-20 ounces of poultry, beef, or seafood.
  6. Final step: say YUM!
